Cathartic Movement

Cathartic Movement

with Hana Ramat

Tuesday 5/14 | 6 - 7:30pm | $20

Hana will guide you in accessing and releasing stuck emotions through movement to a killer playlist.

When the body stores unprocessed anxiety, grief, and anger, it is more difficult to access pleasure. This class is not about dancing pretty, it's about giving permission for stifled emotions to be released physically, through the body, to make room for enjoyable sensations. You will leave feeling lighter, freer, and juiced up with pleasure.

Cathartic Movement is a class is for woman-identifying people and meets monthly.
