Embed Your Intention - Immersive Hypnosis Workshop with Kate Rogovin, C.Ht.

Saturday, September 27th

2 - 5:00 pm; $150

Research shows that combining repetitive hand movements—such as doodling, knitting, beading, crochet, finger tapping, or scribbling—enhances the mind’s ability to embed your intentions. This approach can support behavior changes like weight loss, quitting nail biting or smoking, boosting motivation, or reducing device dependency.

This 3-hour workshop includes:

  • An initial group hypnosis session to explore and identify your focus

  • Guided art play to integrate and reinforce new habits

  • A closing group hypnosis session to solidify your commitment

All materials are provided, making it easy to immerse yourself fully in the experience.

Kate Rogovin, C.Ht. began her career as a woven textile designer - fascinated by how individual

interlocking threads can create a strong and solid fabric with infinite variations of pattern and

color. Just like a tapestry, metaphorical threads connect your conscious and subconscious mind.  And like the creation of a piece of art, her hypnosis sessions are individually tailored to your needs; mixing the ingredients of your life to help bring healing and resolution to your problems and dilemmas.

Hypnosis is a process of relaxing your body and opening your subconscious mind to suggestions for positive change. It is a naturally occurring state that almost everyone can access. These group and private sessions can offer relief for many common issues such as anxiety, IBS symptoms, fertility support, goal manifestation, weight loss, artistic blocks, self-confidence, behavior changes/modifications, and more.

Her clients include art/design professionals, entrepreneurs, sales professionals, and people who are interested in personal growth through the hypnotic process. She is committed to helping others access their own inner resources to create the changes they need to live comfortable, happy, and productive lives.

Kate lives in Ellenville, NY, and is an artist, spinner, and textile enthusiast. She is also a passionate collector of mysterious found objects.
