Wednesday, October 1st, 7-8:00 pm $35

Join us for deeply engaging and empowering weekly group hypnosis circles designed to help you explore the incredible potential of your subconscious mind. Led by Certified Hypnotherapist Kate Rogovin of Concentric Hypnosis, each session blends therapeutic guidance with practical techniques to support healing, transformation, and personal growth.

Why is it so hard to get and stay motivated to achieve certain tasks? It can be hard to

stay on track with your exercise program, creative projects, health goals or following up

with clients . . . This session will engage the powerful subconscious mind to help reset

your goals and break through the inner barriers that restrict your progress.

Learn to follow through and get motivated!

Kate Rogovin, C.Ht. began her career as a woven textile designer - fascinated by how individual

interlocking threads can create a strong and solid fabric with infinite variations of pattern and

color. Just like a tapestry, metaphorical threads connect your conscious and subconscious mind.  And like the creation of a piece of art, her hypnosis sessions are individually tailored to your needs; mixing the ingredients of your life to help bring healing and resolution to your problems and dilemmas.

Hypnosis is a process of relaxing your body and opening your subconscious mind to suggestions for positive change. It is a naturally occurring state that almost everyone can access. These group and private sessions can offer relief for many common issues such as anxiety, IBS symptoms, fertility support, goal manifestation, weight loss, artistic blocks, self-confidence, behavior changes/modifications, and more.

Her clients include art/design professionals, entrepreneurs, sales professionals, and people who are interested in personal growth through the hypnotic process. She is committed to helping others access their own inner resources to create the changes they need to live comfortable, happy, and productive lives.

Kate lives in Ellenville, NY, and is an artist, spinner, and textile enthusiast. She is also a passionate collector of mysterious found objects.
