Mindfulness Meditation with Mary Welch

Join our weekly mindfulness meditation class with teacher + life coach Mary Welch on Tuesdays evenings at 6:30p, beginning Sept. 3rd. Mindfulness meditation offers us the opportunity to observe our own minds, cultivate a relationship of compassion, awareness, and self acceptance with ourselves, and generate more peace and ease in our lives. Practicing regularly with a group of like-minded people can be powerful and deeply healing.

Donation based. All levels welcome! No registration necessary!


Mary Welch is a spiritual life coach, meditation teacher and writer with a multi-faceted background - including a 25 + years long Vipassana meditation practice and certification from Dharma Moon/Tibet House as a meditation teacher, as well as completion of the Medicine Wheel with the shamamas at Rising Fire in Portland, Oregon and the Healer's Training program + extended Mentorship Intensive for coaches with Elle Rosenthal, founder of Coaching Cascadia. Her private coaching practice began in 2017. She works with clients virtually, worldwide and also 1:1 locally in the Hudson River Valley. In 2022, her book Love Notes From a Soul Coach was released, as well as her podcast by the same name.
