Moving Freely and Living Fully: How to feel better in your body while taking strides to your best life.

Moving Freely and Living Fully: How to feel better in your body while taking strides to your best life.

With Patrick Hogan

Thursday, 10/17 I 6 - 7 pm I $15

We all go through periods of stress, pain, or feeling stuck in aspects of our lives. You might be experiencing pain in your body or a consistent internal nagging sense that something needs to change. How do you navigate through these moments to take positive steps forward?

Our culture has trained us to work and live in ways that go against the nature of our physical bodies and our essential selves. So, each part of our lives can seem at odds with each other and it can be hard to know what path to take or where to focus. No wonder we’re so stressed out!

What if it could be different?

What if you could design and organize your life to support your values, goals, and desires?

What if you could learn to move more freely in your body while engaging in life more fully?

Join me in a workshop where we’ll look at how you may be struggling against your true nature,  as well as how to align your body, mind, and lifestyle to support the flourishing of the life that you innately know is right for you.

We’ll talk about why you might not be meeting your goals, what’s leading to higher stress, and how to get unstuck to both reduce pain and take strides toward your ideal life.

Patrick Hogan helps people who yearn for more purpose and satisfaction in their lives and freedom in their bodies to get out of feeling stuck, stressed, or in pain by disentangling from their present culture and realigning to their true nature.

Through movement and life coaching programs, clients learn functional alignment, corrective exercises, and natural movement skills to move freely with less pain, as well as life coaching tools to navigate toward purpose, freedom, and joy.

Patrick is a Restorative Exercise Specialist (Nutritious Movement Institute), Natural Movement trainer (Mov Nat Certified), and Wayfinder Life Coach (Martha Beck Institute). He also has training and certifications in Yoga (RYT-500 and ERYT-200), and Thai Massage (Lotus Palm School).
