Join us monthly for a transformative journey led by Lindsey Harriss, a trauma-informed women's embodiment and relationship coach.
This sacred space is a sanctuary for support, understanding and the celebration of the extraordinary feminine spirit. Connect with your primal essence as we journey through the seven subtle energy centers known as chakras, which wield a profound influence on our daily lives. Often, a sense of imbalance in life indicates restricted or impeded energy flow within one or more of these centers.
Each month, Lindsey will introduce the chakra in focus, followed by a guided exploration of the energy center through a unique combination of mindful movement, meditation, breathwork, visualization, sounding and introspective journaling. No prior knowledge of chakras is required; all are welcome!
In this sacred circle, you'll have the opportunity to share and learn from others as we delve into the themes of each chakra. You’re invited to participate actively or simply show up and be present with yourself.

Lindsey Harriss is a trauma-informed women’s embodiment coach dedicated to guiding clients through the process of releasing and transmuting deeply held wounds, conditioning, and belief systems. Her approach incorporates somatic practices and parts-work so that clients may connect with their truths, remember their inherent wholeness and build vibrant, pleasure-filled lives. As a certified breathwork facilitator trained through David Elliot’s healer training, a yoga instructor, and a Reiki Level 1 practitioner, Lindsey brings a holistic perspective to her coaching practice.
Currently completing certification as a Love, Sex, and Relationship Coach through the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality, Lindsey is committed to helping individuals navigate the complexities of intimate connections. She is the founder of the Sacred Sexuality Sisterhood, a virtual space designed to empower women in reconnecting with their bodies, pleasure, and power. The Sisterhood utilizes embodiment practices, guided rituals, sacred journaling, and circle sharing to create a supportive and transformative community.
