Somatic Release Breathwork™ is a healing practice to release trauma, stress and tension that has been stored in the body. Through guided breath patterns, NLP ( Neuro Linguistic Programming ) and co-regulation of your nervous system this modality is self-healing on a deep subconscious level. In this practice we access the sympathetic nervous system to allow what's been stuck in the body to be expressed and moved out and invite in new more useful patterns. The session is done laying down with eyes closed and is set to music.
Somatic Release Breathwork™ often inspires insights on what's been keeping you stuck and creates a safe space to release the past and claim your authentic Self.

Julia Zern is a Somatic Release Breathwork™ practitioner as well as Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher living and working in the Hudson Valley. She has a background of practicing and studying many different styles of yoga, learning from both local and international teachers since the year 2000 and teaching since 2011.
Julia trained and became certified under Somatic Release Breathwork founder, Steven Jaggers. This modality became an incredible source for healing trauma and grief and create expansion in her own life. She is honored to share the healing power of breathwork with others through the alchemy of Somatic Release and NLP to truly bring us back to homeostasis and live a more authentic life, to connect back to our intuition, purpose and creative life force.
