SoulCollage is an expressive arts practice done individually or in community. Founded by Seena B. Frost, the method develops creativity and intuition, encourages self-discovery, and provides personal guidance.

SoulCollage meets you wherever you are on this journey called life. You don’t have to be an artist to make SoulCollage cards. Anyone can create and enjoy this powerful practice.

Sandra Spike is a collage artist, psychotherapist and lifelong learner based in the Hudson Valley. She began her professional career as a graphic designer and advertising art director in NYC. She went on to get her graduate degree in social work, and as a licensed clinical social worker, she worked at several community mental health clinics in Westchester County.

Sandra discovered SoulCollage® in 2023 at Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY. The practice deeply resonated with her and inspired her to become a trained facilitator so she could share this practice with others. The principles of SoulCollage® closely align with Sandra’s values of self-discovery, self-acceptance, personal-empowerment, creativity, community and connection.
