Monday Morning Community Qigong

Qigong is a traditional system of breath, posture, and movement developed within Chinese medicine and Daoist cultivation practices. Through slow, intentional exercises and coordinated breathing, qigong supports mobility, balance, circulation, and nervous system regulation.
These community Qigong classes will be open to all levels with a focus on foundational movements and concepts. We will explore simple movements connected to our breath, the season and each other to access alignment in both our bodies and our paths.
Emily Morrison, LAc, MAOM, is the founder and director of Valley Spirit Wellness Center in Beacon, NY, and offers individualized treatments in her clinic as well as immersive healing experiences at retreats locally and abroad. With over 20 years of experience in bodywork, Chinese medicine, and internal martial arts, she approaches each session as a co-facilitator, supporting people in reconnecting with their innate capacity to heal.
