For All New Clients. During this comprehensive session, we will discuss your health history, evaluate and address your current concerns by applying various assessments, and implement different tools/ideas that are most conducive for your healing.
90 min.

For returning clients. This session aims to guide you through your healing path by sharing the ideas of Chinese Medicine and applying treatment modalities that are best suited for you, based on your current health status.
60 min.

For returning clients. Based on my studies in Tui Na (A form of Body Work) and Biomechanics, I apply a unique, gentle, and sustainable approach in helping you to manage pain, improve postural alignment, address body imbalances, and learn better motor control skills.

For returning clients. This is a comprehensive follow up session that combines the Acupuncture and Body Work sessions together. If you feel like a much needed reset, this is the session for you.

This service is available both in-person and remote coaching.
There is an initial consultation session (75 mins) and a foundation session (60 mins) before regular training (60 mins) begins. More info here

Anthony Wong is a licensed acupuncturist and certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience in health and fitness. His healing practice, Anthony Wong Wellness, integrates various modalities he has cultivated over the years, including Acupuncture, Bodywork, Strength & Conditioning, Movement Games, Nutrition, Meditation, and Breathwork.
Anthony's mission is to help as many people as possible connect with themselves, understand the causes of "dis-eases," and overcome life struggles. He catalyzes the journey of healing and self-discovery, striving to assist individuals in understanding and navigating the well-being of their body, mind, and spirit, enabling them to overcome obstacles that hinder their ability to live freely.
