This class is designed for students of all ages to learn basic skills in all elements of Capoeira - movement, music, and the roda (game strategy). No experience with any other organized sport, dance, martial art, etc. is required.

Join our weekly mindfulness meditation class with teacher + life coach Mary Welch. Mindfulness meditation offers us the opportunity to observe our own minds, cultivate a relationship of compassion, awareness and self acceptance with ourselves and generate more peace and ease in our lives. Practicing regularly with a group of like minded people can be powerful and deeply healing.
