Looking to unwind, release tension, and rediscover a sense of inner calm? Join us for a soothing and mindful yoga experience designed to ease the body and nurture emotional well-being. We’ll hold poses for longer periods, working through layers of the energy body including connective tissue.

In a world that often feels rushed, this class invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and move with intention, allowing both body and mind to release stress and create space for peace.

This gentle, yoga-inspired session blends slow, mindful movement with grounding breathwork and calming techniques to help regulate the nervous system and release physical and emotional tension. Each pose and breath will be guided with care, encouraging you to move intuitively and explore what feels nourishing and natural to you.

Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, this class is a beautiful opportunity to deepen your resilience, learn gentle ways to self-soothe, and build tools to meet life’s challenges with greater ease. Allow yourself to move at your own pace, honor your boundaries, and leave feeling centered, relaxed, and connected to your inner peace.
