Seasonal Acupuncture & Qigong Circle: Honoring the Metal Phase
Sunday, October 26th, 10am-12pm; $65
The season of Autumn—and the Metal phase in Chinese medicine—invites us into clarity, structure, and the art of letting go. Just as trees release their leaves, we too are asked to shed what no longer serves us, creating space for reflection, discernment, and renewal.
Guided by Emily Morrison, LAc, this two-hour circle explores the wisdom of the Lungs and Large Intestine, organs tied to breath, immunity, and release. Together we’ll discuss how this season shapes us physically, emotionally, and spiritually, then move into gentle, meditative qigong practices designed to cultivate balance and ease.
Each participant will receive acupuncture tailored to support the Metal phase, followed by a simple, nourishing herbal tea blend to ground and integrate.
This gathering is a chance to pause, reconnect with seasonal rhythms, and breathe into clarity.
Space is limited—please register in advance to reserve your spot.
