Start your Sunday morning with a soul-nourishing journey in this special two-hour pop-up yoga class, designed to help you align with your highest sense of self. Through a open-level practice suitable for beginners and experienced students alike, we’ll explore mindful movement, breath, and intention-setting as a way to connect with the divine within and around us. This is your time to turn inward, creating a sacred space for self-care and inner reflection. The class culminates in a luscious, extended, guided resting period, where you can deeply relax and integrate the physical practice. You will leave feeling renewed.
Following this pop-up class, deepen your self-discovery and inner resilience in the Chaos to Clarity workshop, that focuses on tools for cultivating nervous system resilience. Together, these offerings provide a day-long opportunity for “me time." Ground yourself, release what no longer serves you, and step into clarity and balance.

Dee Yergo has been working at the intersection of classic yoga, Buddhist meditation, sacred sensuality, birth, energy work, trauma-informed healing, personal development, and transformation work in the catharsis model. She is the creatrix of Yoga Eros, a ground-breaking curriculum that supports students to expand their emotional resilience while leveraging the power of sensual energy for vitality and creativity. She is the founder of Prana Prenatal Yoga in New York where she trained and mentored dozens of birth professionals, yoga/meditation teachers, mental health professionals, and life coaches.
Dee is a graduate of the esteemed Conquering Lion Yoga program in New York City which melded Patanjali’s classic teachings of yoga with Tibetan Buddhism of the Gelug tradition and Q’ero Shamanism. Dee has completed all training levels and is apprentice faculty with the International School of Temple Arts.
She has also been closely mentored by master teachers and gurus and received several sacred initiations from lineage holders across various traditions.
Dee is known for sharing esoteric wisdom with diverse student populations nationally and internationally offering tools and methodology that are simple, accessible, and actionable. She is passionate about the idea of bringing healthy and conscious sensuality into the mainstream, using yoga principles and somatics as an access point and vehicle for living a fulfilled life.
